Digital Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning and delivery of a range of performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram and Linkedin

  • Working alongside the account lead, manage the delivery of a range of digital marketing work including social media initiatives, content marketing projects, medium to large complex web or mobile app builds, campaign microsite development and digital marketing performance initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with other team members from account management, creative, content and tech functions to support and exceed client expectations on campaigns and projects that we undertake

  • Leverage campaign data analytics to provide recommendations to optimise campaign performance

  • Support client pitches by participating in brainstorming sessions, deriving topline insights from research and social media monitoring

  • Provide campaign services as required including client liaison, preparation for client meetings, monthly and campaigns reports, vendor liaison (translation agencies, etc)

  • Manage social media pages, including social listening and community management using social media monitoring tools

  • Manage content plans including content calendar, liaison with creative and content team, content asset collation, content uploads

  • Influence clients and team members positively and lead by example in professional communications and conduct

Skills and Experience
  • Seeking to progress your marketing career, a minimum of 4 to 5 years related working experience in digital marketing

  • Experience in campaign management for social media community building,  brand awareness and lead generation/customer acquisition

  • Hands-on experience in media planning and buying on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Adwords, LinkedIn

  • Strong data & analytical skills

  • Exposure to both B2C and B2B marketing context is a plus

  • Strong attention to details, logical thinking & analytical skills
